The Steps : First, mix 4 cloves of garlic, 1 red onion, 2
teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of white-pepper in a mixer.
Second, mix the spice mixture with 2 eggs, 300 grams of tapioca flour and 1 kilogram of minced meat.
Then, use your hand to mix that, add a cup of water, and keep working until the mixture feels smooth and soft.
After that, boil 2 liters water in the large pot.
Next step, start rolling the mixture into round balls.
