How to Pay Your Stamp Duties via AXS Kiosks In order to pay your stamp duties via AXS Kiosk, you must fulfil the following conditions:

1) Payment can only be made via NETS.

2) The stamp duty payable must not exceed $3,000.

Select “Government”.

Select “IRAS”.

STEP 3

Select “Stamp Duty”.

1) Enter Document Reference No.

2) Enter the NRIC/FIN/Passport No. /UEN of any one of the Parties to the

Contract.

3) Click “Continue”.

STEP 5

1) Check that the details entered are correct.

2) Click “Continue”.

What is a Document Reference No.?

Document Reference No. is a 13-digit

number (e.g. 2019123456789) generated

by the system for a stamping made via

the e-Stamping Portal. The Document

Reference No. can be found in the

Payment Slip.

1) Check that the amount of Stamp Duty payable is correct.

2) Click “Continue”.

Click “Proceed to Payment Summary”.

1) Click “Select to Pay”.

2) Click “Proceed to Pay”.

Select your account type by choosing either “Savings Account” or

“Current Account”.

1) You should be able to see this screen once the payment is successful.

2) Next, click “Exit”.

3) You may download your Stamp Certificate from the e-Stamping Portal.
