How to: Recover your Touch Dynamic factory OS.

WARNING: This will erase the entire contents of your drive.

Step 1: When the system is powering up, right after the POST screen, you will

see the Windows Boot Manager window appear for 2 seconds. Please use your

arrow keys to select “Touch Dynamic Recovery”. You must move either arrow

before this screen disappears. Then press “Enter”. Please see diagram 1-1

Step 2: Select the keyboard layout and select “Next”.

Step 3: Make sure the Touch Dynamic Recovery is highlighted and select

“Next”. Please refer to Diagram 1-3.

Step 4: Once the “System Recovery Options” window, select the “OEM Factory

Restore” link. The “Touch Dynamic Restore Utility” window will appear. Select

the “Restore” button.

Step 5: At this point the Microsoft “End User License Agreement” will be

displayed. Please read the license, and select “Accept” if the terms displayed

are ok. Please refer to diagram 1-5.

Step 6: The “Confirm Restore” window will be displayed. Select “Yes” to

continue. Once again, please be advised, that this will completely erase

everything from your hard drive. Please refer to diagram 1-6

Step 7: At this point the restore progress window will show you that the

recovery is being performed. Please refer to diagram 1-7.

Step 8: If the recovery completed without any errors, please select “OK”. Then

close the “Touch Dynamic Restore Utility” window by selecting the “X”. Finally

select “Restart”. The recovery is now completed.
