How to Redeem Points

Overview:

This job aid has been developed to help users easily redeem points earned in the Enroll for Rewards program for rewards from the Employee Catalog. All hotel employees who earn points in the Enroll for Rewards program can redeem their points on the IHG® Rewards Club employee redemption site, accessed through IHG® Rewards Club Source.

1 Log into IHG® Rewards Club Source through the applications menu in Merlin

2 Select IHG Rewards Club Source

Select the green button in the bottom right-‐hand corner: ‘Access this Tool’

4 You will be directed to your hotel’s home page on Source. Click on: ‘Employee Catalog’

5 Enter your IHG® Rewards Club member number and PIN to enter the Employee Redemption site

6 A) Current points balance will display on the header bar B) Select a main category to begin shopping C) Or search by item name or brand if you know what you’re looking for

7 To view an item click on (A) QUICK VIEW or (B) click the item name

8 A) Select the color or size of the item if applicable. B) Click ADD TO SHOPPING BAG if you wish to redeem your points for the item. OR C) Click ADD TO WISH LIST for redemption at a later time.

A) To adjust quantity of items, enter desired number in ‘Quantity’ field and click ‘Update’ B) In order to keep items in cart and continue shopping, click ‘Continue Shopping’ C) When finished shopping and ready to check out, click ‘CONTINUE’

Review your order – items ordered, quantities and confirm your shipping address. Click ‘CONTINUE’ if your order is correct. To ship to a different address or update your shipping address, click ‘Add Address’

11 Add the new address to your account then click ‘SAVE.’ NOTE: You will need to update shipping address for ALL items in shopping cart.

12 Confirm all items are shipping to the correct address. When you’re sure all the information is correct, click ‘SUBMIT ORDER’ You will not be able to return to this screen to make a change.

13 Order Confirmation – Once you submit your order you will be taken to this screen. This means your order was successfully placed.

14 If order needs to be changed after clicking ‘Submit’, please call the Redemption Customer Service Center at 1-‐800-‐237-‐4047

15 You will receive two emails, 1) Within a few minutes you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Keep this for your records. 2) Once your order ships you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes order tracking.

16 To view orders that have been placed, go to: A. My Rewards Account and click the My Orders tab. B. Click on the hyperlinked order number for the item you’d like to review

17 Now you can see if your reward is still being processed or if it has shipped. You can also find the tracking number here, if one is available.
