How to set up Coverage to round for another Provider

Soarian Coverage Directions

Magnifying Glass (Search Icon)

Click on Coverage Tab

Cover for Group or Individual

• Pick either middle or last radial button– All Coverage Groups - Middle you are going to cover

for a group– All Users – You are going to cover for an individual

provider• Type first 3-4 letters of group name or last name

of individual and click Search• Click checkbox in front of group or individual you

want to cover for and then click the arrow button in middle of screen to move that group/provider from the left to the right side of screen

• Click save and close

*Select second/third radial Button*Type first 3-4 letters of group or

Individual provider*Click Search

*Click checkbox for who you wantTo cover for and move from left to right of screen with middle arrow

Button*Click Save & Close

Patients are now part of your census

You can Change your view to show *My

Patient Only or *Include Coverage Patients

Printing Census for another Provider

Not keeping them as part of your census

Print Census for another Provider

• Click the Print Icon off your census screen

• Do not use the defaulted print option

• Select Census Report by Staff

• Search and select (click) on provider you want census for

• Move their name from left to right using middle arrow button

• Click Print

Print Census for another provider

Their Census with their name on the census sheet
