Some iPads not connecting to control before presentation has begun (using peer-to-peer version)
1. Check all iPads are connected to LCP Mobile and are on the same session (eg session1).
2. Try pressing restart session on iPads that are not connected.
Slides on some iPads have stopped updating halfway through presentation (they have lost connection)
1. Press “connect” under your control cog (peer-to-peer version)
2. Check iPads are connected to LCP Mobile (or web if using online version)
3. Turn the offending iPads off and on again
4. Try resetting network (turn airport router off/on). Wait a couple of minutes. (not possible for web version)
If you have any problems – first try exiting and re-entering RITA. If problems continue, see below

Issue Try these solutions
Not all the iPads are showing up in my poll results
1. Go to settings - make sure the iPads have their Bluetooth turned off
2. Go to settings - make sure each iPad has a different name
• I want to combine non-standard slides from multiple existing presentations
• I want to change how a poll looks
• I want a slide with different functionality
You’ll need to ask one of the iPad team to help you.
Please allow for this to take a few days – especially if significant changes are required!
