How to start using Seagull-online: STEP 1: Go to www.seagull-online.com

STEP 2: Enter your username and password provided by Via Hansa & Borealis and then click “Login”. If you do not

have a user account, please contact info@seagull-online.com for further assistance

STEP 3: Select “Book Hotel”.

STEP 4: There are various search filters to help you find the hotel. You can choose hotel location (country or city), add

hotel name (if you have a preference), choose hotel star rating, set the travel dates and amount of nights to stay,

choose number of rooms and select amount of adults and children travelling. After search filters are set – click

“Search”.

STEP 5: Choose preferred hotel and room category and click “Book”.

STEP 6: Check the hotel information and the rate and click “Book”.

STEP 7: Check if all details relating to the arrangements that you wish to book is correct and click on “Check out”.

Click on “Check Out”

Click “Book”

STEP 8: Enter the names and details of all the passengers and click on “Save”. If passenger has any special

requirements please inform us in note area. Click on “Confirm” to finish the booking.

STEP 9: Check if price is correct, read terms and conditions carefully and click on “I agree to the following Terms and

Conditions” and “Confirm”.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an automated e-mail containing your confirmation number and full

details of the product that you have purchased.
