METHOD 1 (FB LIVE CHECK IN AND THEN UPLOAD THE VIDEO IN YOUTUBE)

1. Once you log into Facebook, press the “Live” button.

4. Once you are done with the caption, you can begin your Facebook live.

5. You’re now on LIVE in Facebook. Perform all these required activities (Taking a pledge,

Singing and Planting a Tree) Once you’re done, click the FINISH button which is located at the

bottom right.

6. Now your FACEBOOK LIVE video has ended. BEFORE YOU POST YOUR VIDEO, DO SAVE THE

VIDEO. Make sure “Post your video on your timeline” is checked before you click the “SHARE”

button.

7. After that, post the saved video in Youtube (Refer from page 13 onwards).

METHOD 2 (RECORD VIA ZOOM APP AND THEN UPLOAD THE VIDEO IN

YOUTUBE)

1. Initiate zoom meet session with all participants. (MAXIMUM OF 99 PARTICIPANTS IN A SINGLE VIDEO

SESSION)

2. Before you begin those event activities, please click the RECORD button.

3. Make sure you have captured all the participants’ video snippets in the recording for proof

verification.

4. Once the recording is done, end the session. The video recording will be saved in your laptop.

5. Upload the recorded video in Youtube. (Please refer to the next page to view the guide on uploading

in Youtube)

UPLOADING THE SAVED VIDEO FROM FACEBOOK/ZOOM TO YOUTUBE

1. Once you have log into your account, click on the video icon in the homepage section.

2. Choose the saved video.

3. Under “Add Details” section, please add the exact caption that you have used to do Facebook

Live. If you have chosen Zoom Meet method, please add the description as follow:

- Your full Name

- Last 3 digit of your NRIC number

- School/Institution/Company Name (Only if Registered Under School/Institution/Company)

- School/Institution/Company Code (Only if Registered Under School/Institution/Company)

EXAMPLE

NOTE: FOR TEACHER IN CHARGE/PERSON IN CHARGE WHO HAVE RECORDED A GROUP VIDEO

VIA ZOOM MEET (MORE THAN 10 PARTICIPANTS), PLEASE REFRAIN FROM INCLUDING ALL

THE PARTICIPANTS’ NAMES IN THE DESCRIPTION SECTION AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE

ABOVE. INSTEAD, PLEASE SEND THE PARTICIPANTS’ NAMES ATTACHED WITH POST-EVENT

REPORT TO US. FOR MORE ASSISTANCE, YOU MAY CONTACT THE RESPECTIVE REGISTRATION

OFFICER.

4. Once you have finished add the details, click UPLOAD button which is located at the top right

corner of the screen. Wait until your video gets uploaded and processed 100%

5. Once your video upload and processing is complete, click on the icon as shown below:

6. Select the Share option.
