今天出現了 do 的好朋友,它的名字是 does。do 和 does 都很喜歡幫助別人,

如果句子裡有 have 和 like,我們問問題或表示「不是」的時後都會請它們 2位來幫忙。例如: Do you have a cellphone? He does not have a pencil case. do 專門幫 I、You、We、They 的忙,(和 am、are 很像) does 專門幫 He、She、It 的忙,(和 is 很像) 小朋友不要弄錯了喔!

Phonics

Be able to pronounce a word by looking at it, and spell a word by listening to its sound(students only need to know how to spell the “vowels + consonant” taught).

Closure: Reading Competition

Tips:

1. Practicing minimal pairs can help students localize the often minute differences in pronunciation between one word and another. It also helps students practice the muted vowel sounds which are common to English vowel production.

2. Have patience. Learning phonics does not happen overnight.
