Open your Web Browser


For this I used GOOGLE

CHROME browser


This is your opened browser


Type in www.dropbox.com here..


Then press Enter


Welcome to Dropbox homepage


Let us create an Account


Sign up here..


Fill up the Names, Email and

Password.


Check this..


Then click Sign up.


Or simply Sign up with Google (if you have google account)


After you have clicked the

sign up


You will be taken here..


Then this will appear after 1-

2secs..


Click this one


If nothing appears at the

left lower area of your

screen..


Click this one instead..


Afterwards you will see a dialog

box


Click Run


Installation running


After installation is done..


This will appear


Enter your Name then Password


Then click Sign In


Congratulations!


Your Dropbox in now installed


Click Open


Then a dialog box will appear


Click Get started


A small introduction will be

given..


Just Click on Next


Until you reached the End,


Then Click Finish


Then this will appear to you


Notice the Dropbox icon is now

together with your files.


How to put files in your

Dropbox


Open your Computer’s Folder


Choose file(s) you want in your

Dropbox


For example, I will choose

Videos


Click Videos


Right click your chosen file


An option box will appear


Click Move to Dropbox


Your done!


Notice this blue circle?


It means it is syncing with

Dropbox


When it is finished, it will

appear green


To check if your file is

already at Dropbox

website..


Go to Dropbox website


Click Sign In


Enter your Email


And Password


Then click Sign in


There is your File!


You can also put a file in

the Dropbox website


Click Upload


A dialog box will appear


Click Choose Files


Select a File


Then click open


Upload ongoing


Click Done when uploading is

finished


Note that when you

upload in the website,


It will synced also in your

computer.


How to share a File in

your Dropbox


Select the Share a Folder icon


A dialog box will appear


For this example, I chose the

second option


Then click Next


Choose which File you would

like to share


For me, I chose the new folder


Then click Next


Enter an Email address here


While you type, an option will

appear below it


Select this option if the Email is

saved from it


Then click Share Folder


You are done!


This icon will show you that a

folder is shared


There is another simple

way to share a file


Hover your mouse to the file


A Share Button will appear


Click the Share button


Enter the Email address here


And a message (optional)


Then click Send


How to create a link to

files or folders


Hover your mouse to your

selected file


A share button will appear


Click the share button


An option will appear


Choose Send Link


Another way to do that is,


Right click the file you selected


This will appear


Hover your mouse to Share


Then click Send Link


Enter Email address


Then click Next


Click Links to see which files

you created links


Note that the link can be

sent to anyone


Even if the person don’t

have Dropbox can view it
