HOW TO USE YOUR DOXA FESTIVAL PASS Welcome to the 16th annual DOXA Documentary Film Festival! All passes include a DOXA membership and the right to vote at the Society’s AGM. In order to make sure that you get the most out of your festival pass, here are the detailed pass holder procedures to keep in mind: WHAT YOU HAVE ACCESS TO

• All festival screenings including opening and closing night film and party. • The Festival Pass does not include access to the Industry panel sessions on Saturday, May 6.

HOW DO I USE MY PASS?

• Go to the Will Call table at the venue where the film you would like to attend takes place, on the day of and at least 15 minutes prior the screening.

• Pick up your Red Pass Holder ticket for up to the next two consecutive films screened at that venue. • You must present your Red Pass Holder ticket AND your Festival Pass/membership to gain entrance to the

screening. DOES YOUR PASS GUARANTEE YOUR SEAT?

• Short Answer: No. • Long Answer: A generous amount of seats are set-aside for pass holders at each screening, but your pass

does not guarantee seat ing for so ld out screenings. WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE ARE NO MORE PASSHOLDER TICKETS OR YOU ARRIVE LATE?

• If the allotment of Pass Holder tickets has run out, you may join the Rush Line. If last minute tickets are available, they will be released to the Rush Line on a first-come first-served basis. Pass holders are not provided priority in the Rush Line.

• If you arrive after the 15-minute requirement you may be redirected to the rear of the Rush Ticket line. ADDITIONAL NOTES

• The Will Call table opens ½ hour before the first screening of each day. • Your Festival Pass is non-transferable. • Please present your pass and membership at all key points of ticket distribution and entry.
