How to View Your Class Roster before the Start of a New Quarter

1) From the GradeBook home page click the Edit List link in the Classes panel (Figure 1).

2) Click on the classes you want to unhide, providing you’ve hidden the classes you do not currently have (Figure 2). Click Save

3) Go back to the GradeBook start page. You will now see the classes you unhid (Figure 3). Is unhid is a real word?

4) Click on the class name you want to view (Figure 4). Chances are very good that not everyone will be listed here. The next step will fix that!

5) Click Update Roster (Figure 5). 6) Once again you will need to remove the checks in the boxes under Hide.

Click Save (Figure 6). When you go back to the GradeBook start page and click on that class you will see all the students in your class.
