Be it enacted by the Senate and House of1

Representatives of the United States of America in2

Congress assembled,3

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.4

This Act may be cited as the "Trafficking Victims5

Protection Reauthorization Act of 2013".6

SEC. 2.7

ADJUSTMENT OF AUTHORIZATION LEVELS FOR THE8

TRAFFICKING VICTIMS PROTECTION ACT OF 2000.9

The Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 200010

(22 U.S.C. 7101 et seq.) is amended--11

(1) in sections 112-113 (22 U.S.C. 7109-7110), by striking12

`2008 through 2011' and inserting `2013 through 2016';13

(2) in section 113 (22 U.S.C. 7110)--14

(A) in subsection (a), by inserting `, including regional15

trafficking in persons officers,' after `for additional personnel';16

(B) in subsection (b)--17

(i) in paragraph (1), by striking `$12,500,000 for each of the18

fiscal years 2008 through 2011' and inserting `$14,500,000 for19

each of the fiscal years 2013 through 2016'; and20

(ii) in paragraph (2), by striking `to the Secretary of Health21

and Human Services' and all that follows and inserting22

`$7,000,000 to the Secretary of Health and Human Services for23

each of the fiscal years 2013 through 2016.';24

(C) in subsection (c)(1), by striking `$15,000,000 for fiscal25

year 2003 and $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 200826

through 2011' and inserting `$10,000,000 for each of the fiscal27

years 2013 through 2016'28

(D) in subsection (d)--29

(i) by redesignating subparagraphs (A) through (C) as30

paragraphs (1) through (3), respectively;31

(ii) in the paragraph (1), as redesignated, by striking32

`$10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2008 through 2011'33

and inserting `$12,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 201334

through 2016';35

(iii) in paragraph (3), as redesignated, by striking `to the36

Attorney General' and all that follows and inserting37

SEC. 3. ADJUSTMENT OF AUTHORIZATION LEVELS FOR THE40

TRAFFICKING VICTIMS PROTECTION REAUTHORIZATION ACT41

OF 2005.42

The Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 200543

(Public Law 109-164) is amended--44

(1) by striking section 102(b)(7); and45

(2) in section 201(c), by striking `2008 through 2011' each46

place it appears and inserting `2013 through 2016'.47
