    6) Monitoring and Control:-Once the action plans are implemented the human

    resource structure needs proper monitoring andcontrol.

    This face reviews the action plans and programs to

    reveals the deficiencies .

    This face also suggests the appropriatemodification, as well as it takes the corrective

    actions at the right time to remove the deficiencies.

    1) National Level:-A Central government plans for HR at the national

    level.

    It forecasts the demand for and supply of Humanresources for the country as a whole. It covers the

    factors like

    Population projection, educational facilities,economic development program etc.

    2) Sectoral level HRP:-

    Central and state governments formulate

    human resource plans for particular sectors like

    Agricultural sector, Industrial sector etc.

    3) Industry level HRP:-

    Human resource plans for specific industries likecomputer, cement, Textiles , Iron and steel etc..

    4) Unit level HRP:-

    Human resource requirements of a particularenterprise are forecast at this level. This may beestimated department wise or job category wise.
