Key FOCUS Areas 2015
In order to align key activities and focus across our operations, a number of Key Initiatives will be implemented during the course of 2015 to ensure improvements to Health and Safety. These focus areas were selected from the list of the 10 global focus areas as being most critical to our UK Remote Site operations. After reviewing the injury trends and audit findings from last year, we have identified the top five critical areas that if improved can have a direct impact our workplace safety. Below you will find the individual areas of focuses for our UK Operations (Offshore & Onshore). As particular exposures between the two zones were inherently different, some of the focus areas are specific in order to address these key opportunities for improvement.
The aims of these initiatives are:To align activities across the global offshore and marine segmentTo standardise the approach to managing Health and Safety To bring best practice sharing to operationsTo promote and influence Safety Leadership behaviours
