Hueck GmbH & Co. KG is a globally active manufacturer and provider of aluminium profile systems for window, door and façade applications.

Together with security, air-conditioning and energy costs are the decisive criteria when larger buildings are built. Today, modern aluminium façades make a considerable contri-bution to the climate balance of these buildings. Along with the actual functions such as stability and structural safety, they play an important part in heating, cooling, ventilation and sun protection. Architects and metal window constructors are therefore both faced equally with the chal-lenge of ensuring high transparency for using daylight with good thermal insulation, and at the same preventing overheating. Hueck provides support here as a system supplier. The Lüdenscheid company is the only system manufacturer with its own foundry, press shop and system development at a single location. "Our production location here enables us to realise the motto 'everything from a single source' for customers," emphasises Thomas Utsch, Hueck's managing director. "This means quite simply: fast and flexible reaction to our customers' wishes. This is how we gained our customers' confidence in the past." The many years of experience in tool construction, tool optimising and extrusion pressing provide customers with the support that they require to find economic solutions for chal-lenges during construction. "Hueck's 200-year history almost speaks for itself," underlines Guido Wortmeier, product development and marketing manager in Lüdenscheid. "There aren't many companies in Germany that have already been able to face up to the chal-lenges of the market that long." This market continuously put new and more demanding challenged in the path of system suppliers. This is why Hueck focusses on a good mix in the workforce and the management team. Metal window constructors and architects are deliberately part of the Hueck team. "Our customers reflect this back to us. When we ask about a characteristic for Hueck, over 70% say good and reliable partnership," according to Frank Schubert, who is responsible for global sales. "And the reason why we can live a partnership so good is because we know our customers' everyday work and challenges," adds Thomas Leimkühler, head of product management. Sustainability is programme for Hueck. Press scrap is recycled in our own foundry. Hueck is one of the founding members of the A/U/F (Aluminium and Environment in Window and Façade Construction). The A/U/F ensures in a closed reusable materials cycle that the valu-able raw material aluminium can be reused. Hueck systems are tested and certified in accordance with international standards.
