Greenly, 65, Industrialist, Dies Reading, Eng., Dec 31 (/P)—Lieut Col. Sir John Henry Maitland Green- ly, 65, industrialist, died tonight at Calcot Hill, his home, near here. Sir John was controller-general of the British Supply Board in the United States and Canada during 1938-39. He also served on Britain's advisory panel of industrialists on rearmament prior to World War Two.
