The human cremation range is designed as a two stage cremation unit comprising of a primary loadingchamber that incorporates a hot hearth constructionfor the total destruction of the solid/liquid wastes. The unit is further complemented by an integral afterburner system; this afterburner draws the hot gases from the primary chamber under the hearth throughan integral refractory brick system. This ensures maximum gas turbulence/mixing is achieved thus aiding clean combusted gases. All gases then resideinside the after burner chamber for a minimum of 2 seconds at temperatures of 850-1150°C ensuring complete high temperature termination/oxidation ofthe gas combustion products.

The Add�eld range of human cremators are CE Certi�ed to BS EN 746-2 :1997 and are compliant with all emission regulations.

Secondary Chamber• Fully insulated internal refractory lining, constructed from high grade low thermal mass insulation. • One secondary chamber burnout burner, temperature controlled on-off, complete with internal air fans.• Integrated combustion burner air fans.• One temperature control sensor reaches the necessary 850°C minimum.• 76mm refractory lined stack that reduces heat penetration under every condition, preventing the possibility of fire.

Primary Chamber• Fully insulated internal refractory lining, constructed from high grade refractory brick ensuring a self-supporting interlocked arrangement, hot hearth design.• One hydraulic front loading door, push button operated.• One hot hearth combustion burner, temperature controlled on-off, complete with internal air fans.• One waste ignition burner, temperature controlled on-off, complete with internal air fans.• One temperature control sensor.

General Construction• Pre-fabricated from robust mild steel box tubing, with a thickness of 3.5mm externally and 2.7mm internally. Suitably stiffened and braced where necessary so as to be self-supporting throughout.• Paint finishing - The steel structures are completely painted using a high grade paint system. The standard colour of the series is grey for the stack, primary and secondary chambers. The front loading door comes in black.• The Primary and secondary chamber are lined with thickness of 115mm, refractory insulation that is rated at 1600°C.• All combustion fuel pipe work and electrical systems are weather proof and in accordance with BS7671-17.• 1 x Interface controller (Touch screen option available).

Waste Loading and De-AshingThe human cremation series are designed for front loading only through the main access door.The hydraulic door is push button operated, thisfeature enables the operator to open the door tothe desired height from the control panel, animportant safety feature for busy installations.It provides better fuel e�ciency and longer refractory life.

At the end of every incineration process it isrecommended the ash should be removedprior to the next incineration cycle. A stainless steel remains removal pan is located at the frontof the unit.
