Eligibility, Duration and Code of ConductEligibility:•The prospective intern should be pursuing a Diploma / graduate / post graduate professional course wherein undergoing on the job training for a stipulated duration is required•A documentary Proof to this effect is required from the Institute/College along with the application.

Duration:•The period of internship could vary between 1 – 6 months

Code of Conduct:•The intern should abide by all the rules and regulations of India Today Group. •Should follow the office timings, unless any other time is specified by the mentor

Certification and Employment Opportunity

Certification and Reward:•‘Certificate of Development’ is provided on successful completion of internship.

Employment Opportunity:•Pre Placement/Fulltime employment will depend on the performance of the intern during the internship period, feedback from the mentor & the SBU Head and suitable vacancy.

Employment Process:•Incase the feedback from the mentor & the SBU Head is positive, the intern can approach the HR or the mentor for employment. Basis availability of vacancy the case will be taken forward

Selection process of Intern

Process:•Campus visit by ITG•Interested candidates to send their applications to ITG •Shortlisted candidates are called over to ITG office and are interviewed by the interview panel •Post interview candidates go through a written test and camera test

Final Short listing of InternBasis the personal interview, written and the camera test, candidates are further shortlisted( Max 20 ) and are placed in various functions of•Aajtak•Lifestyle Editorial•Headlines Today•Business Editorial•IT-English Editorial•Digital Group
