Manufacturing constant pressure solutions for over 30 yearsThe Flomatic HYDROSTAT® Model C3100E combines our proven automatic control valve in one

simple body configuration. The Direct Acting Pump Control Valve Model C3100E, when properly

installed will regulate high upstream (inlet pressure), to a constantly regulated lower downstream

pressure (outlet pressure), within a range regardless of water flow. This is accomplished by an

adjustable spring loaded balancing valve factory set to 60 psi automatically regulate the down-

stream pressure. The regulating pressure is field adjustable. As the demand in the system lowers

and the valve goes closed flow continues through an integral by-pass (see insert picture on right)

that allows pressure to build to the pressure switch shut off (at approximately 5 psi above setting or 65 psi). This proven by-

pass arrangement was originally pioneered by Flomatic over 30-years ago in our first HYDROSTAT® model. Originally patented

under 3,100,505.

Flomatic Hydrostat® features a simple reliable valve construction in a

compact design, which fits in well casing set at 60 PSI, non-adjustable.

Optional model C3100E-1 fits in 4” well casing. The Automatic pump

control valve incorporates a stainless steel valve seat disc and all internal parts

are corrosion resistant for a longer service life. No small porting and all internal

surfaces are self cleaning and no maintenance is required. The valve offers

simple installation and field servicing.
