The Checkweigher Flexus® was developed in accordance with the strict hygienic design guidelines for packaged foods. With its wide range of confi guration options, it meets practically any requirement.

Flexus® 10

Ideally suited for production requiring the use of gloves, the high-contrast, high-resolution 10.4-inch display with keypad can be rotated horizontally. The intuitive, multilingual menu navigation ensures particularly easy handling and fast transitioning between products.

Tool-free disassembly

Thanks to plug connectors, the tableand weighing belt, including the motor, can be detached quickly andeasily – and all without the use of tools.The belts are available in differentcolours and designs, ensuring hygienicproduction.

Easy-clean details

Rounded edges, along with miminal horizontal and contact surfaces be-tween screwed parts help reduce contamination and cleaning times.

Increased floor clearance

Cleaning and inspection are made easy by the increased floor clearance and reduced floor contact.

Food safety in every detailFlexible − hygienic − high-performanceThe Checkweigher Flexus® was specially developed to comply with guidelines and standards such as IFS and BRC. It is approved for use in legal metrology for FPV (German Prepackages Act) checks, and is MID-compliant in accordance with OIML R51.

Due to its intelligent, modular construction and hygienic design, the Flexus® can be configured to suit your individual requirements, providing you with the ideal solution for any challenge you face.

The Checkweigher Flexus® not only increases your plant‘s efficiency but it also offers maximum safety with minimal cleaning effort. This allows you to improve

product quality and customer satisfaction while simultaneously saving time and money.

Enhance your checkweigher with effective detection of foreign objects: for high safety levels in small spaces, Flexus® can be combined with the Sartorius Intec metal detector Vistus®. The Flexus® Combi can be controlled via one single remote terminal, thus avoiding expensive line space. The Vistus® metal detection technology is known for its detection sensitivity and ensures reliable elimination of metallic foreign objects.
