Welcome to I AM Who I Say I AM™ — we deliver workshops based on the My Discovery Journal. It is an aspirational cognitive behavioral tool for teens and adults to break-free from limited thinking, create a brilliant life vision and achieve exciting goals.

For challenges related to: bullying, cultural changes, mental and physical health and wellness, I AM Who I Say I AM empowers you to build resiliency and withstand the pressures and setbacks in life. It includes a self-assessment to measure changes in: self-esteem, self-efficacy, self-motivation, self-confidence, self-respect and self-advocacy.

We partner with communities, schools and businesses. Our train-the-trainer workshop empowers organizations with an in-house delivery for measurable, sustainable transformation.

I form beliefs by repeating my thoughts

When we tell ourselves something enough times, we start to believe it. Our thoughts, or ‘self-talk’, create our beliefs.

A boy in one of our programs said, “I’d like to be a doctor, but I’m not good at math or science.”

Now there’s a powerful belief.

What we believe about ourselves is how we behave.

The more he tells himself, “I AM not good at math or science” — the more he avoids activities

that involves math or science. To give himself a chance to learn math and science, he has to

change his belief about his capabilities.

He learned to replace the old thought, “I AM not good at math and science” with the new

thought, “I AM learning math and science.”

Which belief is holding you back?

Thoughts create beliefs.

Mischa is uniquely accomplished as a trainer, curriculum developer and performance artist. She is co-founder of Martineau Systems, a Laguna Beach company that delivers marketing and training systems. Her credo is “the most important tool for success is our belief system.”

As a former project director for The Pacifi c Institute—specializing in changing cultural belief systems—she worked directly with its co-founder, Lou Tice.

A Lee Strasberg Workshop-trained actor and comedian she has appeared in fi lm, television and on stage. Her programs are entertaining and powerful.
