REGISTRATION PAPERS:

A c opy of the registration papers f o r t h e said mare shall be furni s hed to the s ta l lion owner by t h e mar e own e r / leasee prior to shipment of semen. Th e unde r signed owner warrants that he or she is th e owner / leas e e o f the above named mare . The mar e owner / leasee understands that bo th the Mare and the r e su l ting Foal must be DNA typed by t h e American Morgan Horse Association prior to the registering of the foal. Any foal not conceived in a manner complying with this contract will not be eligible for Registration.

Frozen Semen

1. For successful breeding wit h frozen semen, it is h i gh l y recommended that breeding be d on e as close to ovulation as possible. REQUESTS FO~ SEMEN:

All requests for semen shipments shall be filled as received, subject to availability of semen. If there is insufficient semen to fill all orders on a given day, HyLee Farm will determine which orders will be honored. This decision will be based on information provided by the mare owner's veterinarian. HyLee Farm is not responsible for lost, delayed or otherwise damaged semen and makes no representations or warranties of any kind e x cept that it is the semen of the named stallion and that it was viable when ·it left HyLee Farm. Airport shipments will carry a courier charge to be determined by courier.

If for any reason t e mare i determined by a licensed veter· arian to be unable to cone ·ve the mare owner/leasee sha be able to substitute anot mare. The mare owner lea ee understands that any of e pr~vileges are conditioned upon pa ment of the then curr t booking fee and all other no mal charges (except the stud f e) and upon th stallion bein alive, fit to bred and standing on owner's farm. The

stallion owner may provide a comparable alternate stall' if on is availabl e , howev , the mare wner/agent will ot be due a refun of any fee paid after completio of the irst servi ce to the abov nam a mare.
