Step 1 – Templatize

• Create the fields to be analyzed (as many required)

• Classify the fields as “Grid” or “Multiple Choice”• Determine the number of columns, rows,

readability orientation and data type (text or numbers) for each field you create

• Your templates are ready!

• Scan OMR sheets or their monochrome photocopies on plain papers

• Create a correctly marked reference sheet for each booklet number

• Import this reference sheet as a platform for analysis and data comparison

• Click ‘Tag Booklet Reference Field’ option to cluster all OMR sheets of the same booklet number

• The “Evaluate” menu is used for marks calculation other evaluation process

• All sheets/ forms with the same booklet number will be evaluated together resorting to the reference sheet

• Time depends on the volume of answer sheets• Double click on the field value in the data grid to

alter values if needed

• The result is exported to CSV file• Clusters forms/ sheets with same booklet number
