The detailod accoss requirements for the above proposal are set out in the box below. An accurate, maximum 1 :500 scale survey Indicating existing road detail and a block plan incorporating these requirements must be submitted as part of the Reserved Matters application.
1. Layout to be in accordance with DCAN 15 & Creating Places.
2. Visibility Splays -Rossdowney Road -Hillhampton -
X = 2.0 metres Y = 45.0 metres - Recommendation Only X = 2.0 metres Y = 33.0 metres
3. Width of Access, 3.2m minimum
4. Forward Sight Distance = as per respective 'Y' distance
5. Gradient of the access shall not exceed 1:12.5 (8%) over the first 5 metres outside the road boundary
6. Access position: Rossdowney Road - In accordance with DCAN 15 - a minimum 30 metres from the Hillhampton junction, and to provide visibility splays of 2.0m x 45.0m and forward sight distance of 45.0m - Recommendation Only Hillhampton - At the locations as indicated on the submitted 1:500 scale proposed Concept Plan, stamped drawing number 03 Rev 02, dated as received 18 June 2018, and to provide visibility splays of 2.0m x 33.0m and forward sight distance of 33.0m. The first access should be located a minimum 2 x radius from Rossdowney Road.
