To build Learning Analytics, we need to collect lots of interactions. The more,

the better.

1. We do not use it, we know what it is and we have plans to start doing something.

1. We use SCORM content catalogues, content for self-paced learning, with blended training plans through an LMS.

2. We have a department of trainers and content designers. On-site training is completed with on-line training.

3. We use massively new forms of content, mobility and multiple LMS, as well as corporate schools, involving business departments.
