Conservation of Soil, Forest, Wildlife
Conservation is an ethic of resource use, allocation, and protection. Its primary focus is upon maintaining the health of the natural world: its, fisheries, habitats, and biological diversity.
Planting Treesis the process of transplanting tree seedlings.
Why plant trees?
Prevents or reduces soil erosion and water pollution. Trees gives people a lot of benefits/opportunities and provide habitat for a lot of species.
TERRACESA terrace is a leveled section of a hilly cultivated area. Terracing gives the landmass a stepped appearance thus slowing the easy washing down of the soil.
Avoiding DeforestationDeforestation is the removal of a forest or
stand of trees where the land is thereafter converted to a nonforest use.
Habitat CreationNational Parks, Biosphere Reserves,
zoological parks and botanical gardens and sanctuaries work as protected areas for wild life. They help in conserving the wild life in their wild state. Besides being the protected habitats of various species, they are also good places to take a tour.
