2. The Participating Ministries / Departments / Organizations of SSS are requestedto fix the pay of incumbents working undertheir administrative control in the higher payScale after due verification of eliqibilitv condition of ACP from the service records of theofficers. Earlier order for 1t'/ 2no ACP in respect of above officials in the pay scale ofRs. 5500-9000 / 7450-11500 (NFSG), if any, may be treated as canceiled.

3. The Participating Ministries / Departments / Organizations of SSS are furtherrequested to ensure that the officer placed in the higher Pay Scale under ACP, was notunder suspension; no charge sheet was issued; no disciplinary proceeding orprosecution case for criminal charge was pending against them on the crucial date ofACP.

4. The ofiicer, who is under currency of penalty, if any, will be granted financial up-gradation as per ACP Scheme only on expiry of that period.

5. In case of incumbents of SSS, who have earned 1"t or 2nd ACP on or before01.09.2008 in the pay scale of Rs. 6500 - 10500 (GP of Rs. 4600), their l"tMACP inGP of Rs. 4600 may be treated as cancelled. However, MACP benefits extended under2no MACP on completion of 20 years of regular service on 01 .09.2008 and thereafter willremain unchanged. Further, orders relating to 1"t, 2nd and 3rd MACP in GP of Rs. 4600,4800 and Rs. 5400 (PB-2) in respect of those incumbents, indicated at Sl. No. 06 to352, may be treated as cancelled.

6. The Participating Ministries / Departments / Organizations of SSS are requestedto eltend the financial benefits after due verification of the date of ACP from theirservice book and on the basis of request received from concerned officials with allconsequential benefits under intimation to this Ministry. .r'1.T

02. The Participating Ministries / Departments / Organizations of SSS are requestedto fix the pay of incumbents working under their administrative control in the higher payScale after due verification of eliqibilitv condition of ACP from the service records of theofficers.

03. The Participating Ministries / Departments / Organizations of SSS are furtherrequested to ensure that the officer placed in the higher Pay Scale under ACP, is notunder suspension; no charge sheet was issued; no disciplinary proceeding orprosecution case for criminal charge was pending against him on the crucial date ofACP.

04. The officer, who is under currency of penalg, if any, will be granted financial up-gradation as per ACP Scheme only on expiry of that period.

05. In case of incumbents of SSS, who have earned 1st or 2nd ACP on or before01.09.2008, their 1"t, 2nd or 3d MACP in GP of Rs. 4800 and 54OO (pB-2), if any, maybe treated as cancelled. Further, their pay may be fixed under FR 22 (l) (a) (ii) w.e.f. 1"tApril 2004, on account of absorption as Statistical Investigator Grade I in the pay scaleof Rs. 7450 -11500 (NFSG) in Subordinate Statistical Service (SSS).

06. The Participating Ministries / Departments / Organizations of SSS are requestedto extend the financial benefits after due verification of the date of ACP from theirservice book with all consequential benefits under intimation to this Ministry. ,,/11 -.'r
