MINIMUM ORDER / QUANTITY AVAILABLE: 100,000

FREQUENCY / TYPE OF CONTRACT: Subject to negotiation

PRICE: $29.95 per test CIF (Americas, Europe, North Africa, and Middle East)

PRICE PER KIT: There are 100 tests in each kit, and the price per kit is $2,995

PAYMENT DISCUSSION: The intent is to create a payment agreement that protects both buyer and seller. We are proposing the following payment options: SOFT CORPORATE OFFER 2 a. Buyer will provide a Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) from an acceptable bank to secure payment, which will be made by MT 103 payment once the order is ready for shipment. b. Buyer will wire full payment to a mutually agreed upon international law firm who will disburse the payment to the seller upon third party confirmation of shipment. DESTINATION: To be determined PROCEDURES

1. The Buyer submits an LOI (Letter of Intent). 2. The Seller submits an SCO (Soft Corporate Offer) 3. The Buyer issues an ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) to the Seller with a

BCL or RWA. We can provide templates. 4. Seller will provide buyer with proof of product 5. Seller returns the executed draft contract by exchanging it by facsimile or Email

attachment, duly signed and sealed, within 1 (One) days. The draft copy will be

deemed legal until hardcopies are exchanged.

6. Payment Option A procedures a. Buyer’s bank delivers an agreed upon operable financial instrument to Seller’s bank. b. Third party SGS takes place c. Product is loaded, BL and corresponding documents delivered to Buyer’s bank d. Buyer wires total payment via MT 103 payment

7. Payment Option B procedures a. Buyer will wire full payment to a mutually agreed upon international law firm

b. Escrow agent will disburse the payment to the seller upon third party inspection and confirmation of shipment.
