IBM/Brocade Network Advisor EOL Communication Facts

• Brocade Network Advisor will no longer be for sale as of February 1, 2020

• IBM will discontinue the sale of IBM Network Advisor on February 2, 2020

• Brocade BNA customers will be supported until February 8, 2022

• IBM’s end of support for IBM Network Advisor is April 30, 2023

• Is a BNA license upgradeable to a SANnav license?

• No, SANnav is a completely new management platform that runs on a different operating system and so BNA is not upgradeable to SANnav

• So….SANnav is the replacement for IBM Network Advisor

(not IBM Network Advisor).
