Customer Planning Responsibilities

• Plan the position of all hardware

• Install Network cables

• Install all Electrical power sockets

• Facilitate Internet (optional)

• Pre-drill ANT Data Receiver wall mounts

• Customer indicates positioning of all hardware to installation team

• For installs with internet connectivity a customer IT specialist needs to be present to support connectivity setup

• Unlock additional content (ICG Connect Upgrade package only)

Post Install

• If any of the customer responsibilities could not be met at installation, the customer is responsible to initiate the finalization of the installation after the original installation timing (through an additional Installation or Service Request. Additional charges apply)
