Validate Cleaning and Sanitation

An integral component o ood saety is the verifcation o cleaning and sanitation

eectiveness. The presence o Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), a molecule ound in all living

cells including most ood residues and microorganisms, is an ideal indicator o hygiene.

The MVP ICON measures ATP in seconds. Results are displayed in Zones o Cleanliness, a

proprietary scale adapted rom RLUs. The results all into clean, caution and ail areas so

corrective action can easily be determined and immediately implemented.
