Web accessibility means that people with disabilities can use the Web. People with disabilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the Web (World Wide Web Consortium, 2005).

Between 75% and 90% of jobs require at least some computer use. Being online also gives people more opportunities to search and apply for jobs (National Housing Federation, 2013).

A massage therapist is one of the few professions that are available for the visually impaired students in the college of medicine. Many of the students would like to be an accountant, lawyer or engineer. But they have no choice.
