Selection of idea - The most practical idea#34 Stay at firm but seeking new challenges and volunteering his time to help others, there are many jobs available where he could express his creativity.I chose this idea as the most practical one because the stakeholder will not have to quit his current job and he can also express his creativity and design skills helping others. He will use his skills and still have his job in the engineering company.I believe it is a win-win situation, it won´t spend many resources and I believe the stakeholder will be less troubled. I suggest he uses a SWOT analysis (idea #15) to evaluate his current situation with his expectations. On the long term if he still unsatisfied he can also quit his job.

The most disruptive idea

#53 Quit his job and buy his former company and transform it into a creative company with innovative ideas.Definitely will cause a lots of impacts and it is obviously the most unfeasible, specially because of the resources. He will deal with his former colleagues, create his own methods and enjoy the fact that he is the owner. The stakeholder would call the shots and have a lot of other responsibilities, he would definitely have more stress and maybe he would not work with design, having to manage all of his new employees and resources.

Your favorite idea

#39 Stakeholder should quit his job and open his own company on a leap of FaithI believe we should go for our dreams. It is very impressive the amount of people who say “I want to change” but they do nothing. Create his own company will require a lot of effort and the risks are high. The stakeholder will have do deal with angry customers, unhappy employees and put a lot of resources (money, time) onto this project. It is very risky but worth. Doing something we enjoy is a must on every job.
