1- Organized “Road Safety Quiz Competition” for school students of Rohtak District.
2- “Road Safety Awareness Program” specially for school Principals of Rohtak District.
3- One hour live program on IDTR on AIR- Rohtak broadcasted in four states.
4- Road Safety Awareness program for Students and Employees from Corporate at IDTR-
Rohtak, IDTR-Bahadurgarh and RSKC-Karnal.
5- Visit of Transport Commissioner-Haryana at IDTR-Rohtak.
6- Total 43830 trainees trained under different training program at IDTR-Haryana in
Q-III (Oct-12 to Dec-12).
Road Safety Quiz Competition at IDTR-Rohtak :
Total Schools Participated - 170 (6th
class to 12th class)
Students at school level - 50,000
Students at zonal level - 1100 (Tests taken at IDTR-Rohtak)
Students at semi final level - 48 (16 teams of 3 students each)
Students at final level - 12 (4 teams – 2 teams each from urban & rural area)
The Prizes for Winners and all Semi-finalists were sponsored by Maruti-Suzuki.
The Prizes were awarded by Mr.Alok Mittal(IPS), Inspector General of Police Rohtak Range.
