Our mission is to bring student in touch with the diverse world of electronics and to prepare them for the industry in a better way by giving them a chance to develop their interest.

About Us The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is a non-profit organization, and is the world’s leading professional association for the advancement of technology.

This Student Branch (SB) is your bridge to contact with the organization – working to make sure that you get the most from your membership of the IEEE. Our branch at Institut Teknologi Telkom was formed in June 2010 and is run by students on a voluntary basis.

IEEE Institut Teknologi Telkom is active in promoting the IEEE through exciting and informative events ranging from technical seminars to careers events as well as organizing socials and site visits. We hope that these events help our members gain valuable knowledge and skills as well as being enjoyable.

We expect you to benefit both personally and professionally from our current and future activities. As a branch, we always aim to provide a range of presentations, events, and activities to our members, also to bridge the gap between the student body and the professional organization.

M. Ary Murti, ST., MT

M. Ary Murti is the counselor in IEEE Institut Teknologi Telkom Student Branch. Ary was born in Jakarta on June 7th, 1975. His academic backgrounds are Graduate (Electrical Power System) from Universitas Brawijaya (1998) and Master of Engineering (Insttrumentation and Control) from Institut Teknologi Bandung (2004). He involved at many conference, such as Technical Program Committee (TPC) for WOCN2007 on Singapore, as Vice Chair also TPC for WOCN2008 on Surabaya, Chair of ICTel2008 (International Conference on Telecommunications 2008) on Bandung, TPC for WOCN2009 on Kairo. He was a Chair of IEEE

Our Counselor is the best Counselor in the world.

Institut Teknologi Telkom’s IEEE student branch participated in PIMTEL 2010. An event that was held at Institut Teknologi Telkom, on May 2010. PIMTEL is a competition of writing articles about technology. Two of our members that participated in that competition – Aryo De Wibowo M.S. and Yuktika – luckily won first place. This achievement really pumped our motivation to join other competitions in the future. Because when our students got this achievement, the IEEE Student Branch Institut Teknologi Telkom hasn’t been launched yet.
