IFMSA-Egypt is glad to invite you to our second Sub Regional Training.

Whether you’ve visited Egypt before or not, this is your chance to experience our

beautiful country from a different side; where medical students from all around the

globe will merge under the sun of the Red Sea.

Join us and enjoy a mixture of amazing trainings and an unforgettable social

program from the 9th of May till the 12th of May 2013.

The venue is a 4 Star Hotel in Ras Sudr, Red Sea, Egypt, Paradise Beach Hotel, located 130 km East of Cairo.

Air-conditioned double and triple rooms including a refrigerator, a telephone, satellite Channels and a private bathroom.

Hotel facilities include a private beach, four swimming pools of different surfaces and depths together with the sports playgrounds for practicing different sports, in addition to a group of various restaurants which serve the most delicious oriental and western food, the beach restaurants, a disco and a lobby-bar.

All hotel services and facilities are dedicated to the event.

Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided at the hotel restaurants or at the swimming pool.

Running water, tea and coffee and light snacks throughout the duration of the meeting.

Citizens of the following countries are required to be in possession of a pre-

arrival visa: Afghanistan, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bosnia-

Herzegovina, Chechnya, Croatia, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Israel,

Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Lebanon, Macau, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldavia,

Montenegro, Morocco, Pakistan, Palestine, The Philippines, Russia, Serbia,

Slovenia, Sri-Lanka, Tadzhikistan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine,

Uzbekistan and all African countries.

Residents of the above countries shall apply for a visa through their nearest Egyptian Consulate or Embassy.

Passport Copies will be needed from all participants prior to the event.

Invitation Letters will be provided for applicants from countries that require a pre-arrival visa.

4 Meeting Rooms will be available, flexible setting.

Outdoor meetings can be organized in gardens or at the swimming pool/beach.

Video Projectors available during the meeting days.

Internet access is going to be provided in the form of USB wireless internet for the participants.

Computer and Laser printing will be available.

Photocopying shall be available, mass photocopying needs to be arranged with OC in advance.

Trainings/workshops are arranged in the same venue of accommodation. Any extra transportation during the social program is included in the registration fees.

The easiest/cheapest way is to arrive to Cairo Airport.

Free Transportation from Cairo will be available on the arrival day.

Free Transportation to Cairo is also going to be available on departure day.

Meet and Assist in the airport will be available for all participants.

All Transportation fees including transportation from/to Cairo Airport as well as transportation to the complementary trip to Giza Pyramids are included in the registration fees.

Arrivals to other Airports other than Cairo Airport in Egypt shall be pre-arranged with the OC.

We would like to announce that we're planning to have 3 Social Nights including an amazing Oriental Night, Beach Party and definitely a National Food and Drinks Party.

It is known that the weather is magnificent in Egypt during the mentioned period of the year, where the temperature ranges between 25 and 30 Degree Celsius.

We will offer a complementary trip at the departure day to the Great Pyramids of Giza.
