PLEASE NOTE: iGO eApp is not yet supporting the new Apple iOS7 update. We recommend you not download iOS7 yet if they intend to use your Apple device to eSign applications. Do I need to update my web browser in order to use the eSignature feature? The eSignature feature using a Topaz Signature Pad is only accessible using Microsoft ® Internet Explorer (8,9,10). What do I need in order to collect an electronic signature with iGO?  You can apply e‐Signature using an iPad/tablet or using a signature pad on a PC or laptop (you must purchase your own signature pad).

What is the iGO e‐App e‐Signature process for an agent?  

1. Validate that the app is 100 percent in Good Order. Lock the app.  2. If using a Topaz digital signature pad, plug in the signature pad into the computer and open the digital pad. 3. Choose Signature Pad or iPad Signature Method and select Next:                                       

   4. When choosing iPad or Digital Pad, your client(s) will each have to (each will have their own set of consent forms to review):  

Agree to “Terms of Use and Signature Consent”  and Fully review the app before and after applying their e‐Signature   

                                 

    

 

    Enter the city and state where they are signing the application, acknowledge the disclosures and apply their e‐Signature using a digital signature pad or iPad 

 

                  

     5. Once the client has completed their portion, it is now your turn.   You will need to Agree to the “Terms of Use and Electronic Signature Consent”  

 

Review the app, which will have everyone’s signature on it except your own. Be sure to select all the disclosures once your review is complete: 

   

 

   

 

NOTE: As a reminder, you will be asked to provide leave behind forms. If you select “No” you will still be able to proceed with the next step in the process.
