POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

OPENING ORDER• $100.00 minimum• Re-Order $100.00 Minimum• Service Charge of $5.00 added to orders under

$100.00• All Orders must be in quantities or multiples as

stated on order form• Cancellations must be in writing• Retailer’s first order with IHF must be placed

on a credit card. Net 30 terms can be requested only after the first order ships on a credit card. You may contact your rep for a credit application or our customer service department. Application must be filled out completely to be processed, allow 3 weeks for credit approvals

• MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover• Credit card numbers must be provided when

placing an order• All invoices paid after the due date will be

assessed a late fee of $25.00 plus a late payment charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annual). Collection costs and attorney fees will be at customer’s expense

• Checks returned for any reason will be charged a $25.00 plus any collection and attorney fees

• Any credit card order not shipped due to lack of available credit will be subject to a $25.00 service charge

• No CODs DELIVERY TIME• In stock orders will be shipped in 5 business days• Occasional high demand will deplete stocks of an

item. If the order cannot be shipped complete, the balance will be backordered and remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Any backorders under $50.00 will be cancelled

FREIGHT• All orders shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise

specified at time of order by customer• F.O.B. Cleveland, Ohio• A $5.00 fee is applied to all drop-ship

(IHF, LTD) orders• Oversized and heavier items are subject to higher

freight rates, as charged by freight carriers

CLAIMS/RETURNS• All claims must be made within 10 days• Contact customer service for authorized

return number • Credit will not be issued until the return

merchandise is received and inspected• Merchandise refused or returned without

authorization is subject to 25% restocking fee• Merchandise shopworn or with price tags may not

be returned • We are not responsible for merchandise lost or

damaged during shipping (contact freight carrier for shipping related claims - all claims must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of goods)

PRICING• Pricing is subject to change without notice

PRODUCT QUALITY• All items are of a hand crafted nature - variations

in size, shape, and color may occur and are common to this type of product

RETAIL PRICING POLICY• IHF Home Decor supplies only established gift and

home decor retailers, many of whom only operate retail websites. We expect all retailers to adhere to our minimum suggested non predatory retail prices. Please contact IHF Customer Service with any questions
