Key Drivers for IIBA and BA Profession
Deliver Value to Organization
• Help to produce the right solution, doing the right work (not
doing well the wrong work). How we can provide the best
solution?
• Understand actual needs, the business value to direct the
solution. What is the business value?
Respond to change
• Think different, transform organization, manage change, to
be able to understand the customer and deliver before they
ask. How we can do business different? How business needs
can be transformed in the «right» delivered solutions?
