This IIDENTIDAD edition documents the great academic activity recorded at the Institute during the month of October and the first days of November. Many of the notes included highlight the relationship the IIDE has with statal, national and international agencies on educational assessment matters.

Thus, this newsletter describes the success of the state education system and the IIDE in the organization of the First Latin American Forum of Educational Assessment, which allowed achieved one of the fundamental purposes of the University associated with the generation, application, diffusion, dissemination and transfer of scientific and technological knowledge on education; and at the same time to allow endorse their commitment to educational development of Baja California society and around the country.

On October 25th Dr. Graciela Cordero Arroyo met with the members of the Governing Board and the Technical Board of the National Institute for Educational Evaluation (INEE), in order to discuss the work report for the third quarter of 2012 and to present the proposal of the new INEE organic statute that defines the internal structure of this new phase of activities of the Institute.

During October 22nd to 26th the IIDE's administrative staff attended the course "Positive Stress Management" conducted by psychologist Elizabeth Espinoza Valenzuela in Ensenada Campus as part of the staff training courses offered by the institution.
