NOTE: If sufficient number of candidates have not opted for any of the program (s) mentioned above, the same will not be offered for this academic year.

2. There will be no provision for students to discontinue the studies in the middle of the program and claim alternative degree.

3. All Admissions are purely provisional and the University reserves the right to cancel the admission at any stage.

4. Hostel facility will not to be extended to the students admitted into these programs. However University will facilitate the private accommodation. The actual expenditure has to be borne by the candidate.

5. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for the IDDMP-2010 entrance examination:1. Candidates with Intermediate Education (10+ 2 pattern) conducted by the A.P Board of Intermediate Education (BIE)/CBSE/ICSE with Mathematics,

Physics, Chemistry subjects with minimum of 45% of marks in the prescribed group subjects.2. Candidates should be of Indian Nationality/Persons of Indian Origin (POI)/Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) card Holders3. The candidates should have completed 16 years of age by the date of commencement of admissions. There is no upper age limit.

6. ALLOTMENT OF SEATS The allotments of seats for various courses will be done as per the following order:(i) Performance in the written test conducted by JNTUK, Kakinada on 08-07-2012 (ii) Rank obtained in AIEEE – 2012 Entrance Examination (iii) Rank obtained in EAMCET – 2012 Entrance Examination (iv) Percentage of Marks at 10+2 or Equivalent.

7. VISA REQUIREMENTS(a) Candidate should apply for Passport before joining into any of the programmes.(b) Students are responsible to show the required financial proofs to the migration authorities while applying for student permit (VISA). JNTUK will not be responsible for the visa rejections caused on the grounds of in-sufficient financial funds/statements in front of Migration Board. However guidance will be provided.8. PLACEMENTS The successfully completed IIMDP students are eligible for campus placements at JNTUK as per JNTUK norms.

9. HOW TO APPLY Candidates are required to download application format and Information booklet from the website www.jntuk.edu.in. The duly filled in application form with Two sets of enclosures and registration fee of Rs. 1000/- in the form of DD drawn in any Nationalized bank, in favor of “The Registrar, JNT University Kakinada ” payable at Kakinada should reach the Director, Admissions, JNTUK, KAKINADA-533 003 by post or in person before 5.00 pm on 10-09-2012Applications received after last date will not be accepted. Office of the Directorate of Admissions is not responsible for the non-receipt or late receipt of applications sent by Post / Courier. Incomplete applications are liable to be summarily rejected.
