This course will help you make the move from working in a team to leading a team. It is also suitable for those who are already working as a team leader or line manager and would like some additional skills and confi dence to become more effective.
This nationally recognised course provides you with key leadership and management skills, looks at the different ways to motivate a team and reach agreed goals and targets. You will also learn about communication and how to brief a team.
