MEMBERSHIP OF THE INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT (ILM)
This course is intended for people working within a business
environment as reflection and work based experience is a major part
of the lessons and the assessment. There are up to nine units of study
which covers the skills and knowledge you need to be e�ective at this
level, including crucial soft skills, critical thinking abilities, and finding
and implementing innovative solutions.
All units cover a broad range of core and specialist topics such as:

There are no formal entry
requirements but participants
will normally be either
practising or aspiring middle
managers with the
opportunity to meet the
assessment demands and
have a background that will
enable them to benefit from
the programme.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are a number of
assignments in the form of
management reports,
reflective reviews and
presentations.

What will I learn?

Each credit is £50. Therefore, if you undertake a unit of 3 credits, the cost will be £150.00, a unit of 6 credits would be £300 and so forth.
• For learners who wish to undertake the Award, you must achieve a minimum of 6 credits, or max of 12 credits and all units must be taken at Level 5.
• For learners who wish to undertake the Certificate, you must achieve a minimum of 13 credits, or a max 36 credits and a max of 6 credits only can be taken from Level 4 units.
• For learners who wish to undertake the full Diploma* you must achieve a minimum of 37 credits and a max of 18 credits only can be taken from Level 4 units.
*If you enroll for the full Diploma and pay in full, a 20% discount will apply (cost £1,480 for 37 credits).
