BAPTISM, MARRIAGE

Parishioners must be active for at least six (6) months in order to schedule Baptism for their child. Couples wishing to marry need to schedule one year in advance.

FESTIVAL NEWS

We are asking parishioners to donate items for our Basket Booth and the Straw Booth. Items can be brought to the office during business hours. For the Straw Booth we are looking for items like books, children's games, lego kits, coloring books, markers and anything else the children would like for prizes. This booth also needs prizes for adults which can range from car cleaning articles, food items, jewelry, kitchen items, coffee, tea and anything else suitable for adults. We appreciate whatever you can contribute. The Basket Booth is looking for items that could be used to make up the baskets such as baby, holiday themes or anything else you can think of. Thank you.

God our creator and sustainer, today our country brings to our memory

those who have defended this nation in times of trouble.

They have sacrificed their lives to protect our shores from those who would limit our freedoms

or enslave us to ways that are against your will. Bring all those who have died in service to our country

into your heavenly presence.

We humbly call down your blessing on those still serving; grant your heavenly protection to these men and women,

and open your Sacred Heart to give them peace and comfort.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

PIEROGI SALE

The Pierogi Sale last weekend earned the parish $1,089.00. Thank you for all you who made the pierogi and all who supported the sale.

OUTREACH MINISTRY

Our Pastoral Council has an ongoing "Outreach Ministry Program" to stay in touch with our parishioners who are unable to attend church for whatever reason. Please contact Dolores Goraj at 543-6183 or Linda Padykula at 543-3745 so that we can send the homebound our wishes and prayers and to make sure they are never forgotten.
