Why is this topic important?
>50%Rate of failed projects
Fact: One of the most important reasons is the wrong selection of team members.
Why not pay sufficient attention for that problem?

Feasible solutions
Goal: Reach the most appropriate way of selecting the team members.
Consist of 6 steps

The project manager tasks are the team buliding and discipline.
Specified goal: Make a suggestion for the project manager about a converging members with ability to work in a team holding with as many knowledge as we can.

Fact: There aren’t any generalized and complex selection method or they don’t get enough attention.
In most of the projects we can’t define (not even authority).

Informativeness and flexibility of iHRES
Provides information for the executive level.
Eg.:• Show weaknesses of the companies’ laborforce.• Internal or external labor should be used for projects?
Flexible multipliers for different business needs.
Eg.:• Cost effectiveness

Why is it an important topic?
One of the most important reason of high project failure rate is wrong selection of team members.
The basic mistakes of selection phase:
• Makeing a „creative task” from selection.
• Selection based on pure knowledge level or team roles.
• Wrong use of methods (eg.: Belbin team-roles).
• Ignored project manager’s request.
Work psychology about groups (Belbin 2003)
• Smaller groups are more effective. (<10 member).
• Heterogenues team roles for good working and self
controlled teams.
• Heterogenous knowledge level helps to avoid arguments
between the team members.
• Apollo group is weak.
• For real teamwork use minimum 4 people.
