• The aim of the supply chain is that all orders are delivered in full and on time.• On time delivery measures the amount of finish goods or services delivered to

customers on time.• Freight cost per unit shipped measures the cost per unit shipped, calculated by

dividing total freight costs by number of units shipped per period.• Inbound/outbound freight costs are calculated by dividing inbound/outbound

Standardise and Sustain.• Risk assessment evaluate the potential risks involved in an activity or undertaking.

• The net profit percentage is the percentage profit made by the organisation before interest paid and tax.
