Important Employee Housing Information

Summer 2018

The following is a brief overview of general rules and how to qualify for the three properties Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) offers:

Applications are taken on a first come, first serve basis for current full-time employees

or those with a full-time job offer from a JHMR hiring manager.

o Those without job offers will need to apply for full-time jobs and will only receive the

housing application after a full-time job offer is made by a JHMR hiring manager.

Tenants must maintain full-time employment with JHMR (30+ hours per week).

o Commitments to the full operating season will receive preference.

Payment of security deposit is required to secure a unit/room.

First month’s rent must be paid prior to or upon move-in day.

o Move-in appointments only scheduled Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

o Move-in appointments must be scheduled 2 weeks in advance.

Smoking, pets/animals, & illegal drugs/activities are not permitted inside units.

Bed/bath linens, kitchen utensils/dishes, or cleaning services/supplies are not provided.

Basic furnishings are provided and vary per property (see specific property info below).

Parking spaces are limited and parking passes are given on a first-come, first-serve basis.

o There is ample public transportation so we recommend leaving your car at home.

Roommate Assignments: Request roommate name on housing application, assignments

are not guaranteed and may be placed at random.

Property Assignments: Request preference on housing application, property requests

are not guaranteed.

Employee/tenant will be allowed to live in housing for a maximum of 2 consecutive

seasons.

Powderhorn Employee Housing - 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment

This quiet location is within the town limits of Jackson, WY and is a short walk to the bus stop, bike paths, grocery stores, restaurants & coffee shops. Each unit is comprised of 4 bedrooms, a living room with a TV, kitchen with appliances, outdoor patio, and two full bathrooms. Each tenant has their own private 110 square foot bedroom with closet space and it lock offs from the rest of the unit. Units are furnished and ready for occupancy with the exception of bed/bath linens and kitchen utensils. There is also ample storage for bikes/skis and each floor of each building has coin-operated laundry facilities. Rent/Utilities: $670* per month per person (3 month minimum required for sublease) *includes furnishings, electric, water, basic cable, Wi-Fi, trash removal, & recycling. Deposit: $800* per person due prior to arrival in order to secure room. *$185 of deposit is non-refundable to cover cost of a professional deep cleaning at end of lease term. Additional charges may be incurred for damages, excessive dirtiness, or early move-outs.

Aspen Meadows Employee Housing – Deluxe Studio with 1 bath

Located within the town limits of Jackson, WY the Aspen Meadows apartments are only a short walk to bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. These studio apartments are furnished* with beds, night stand, table, chairs and a couch. Tenants are responsible for the supplying their own kitchen utensils, towels, linens, etc. as they do not come with the unit. *Apartment floor plans and furnishings vary between units

Rent: $620* per month per person (3 month minimum required for sublease) *includes furnishings, electric, water, trash removal, & recycling. Does not include cable/internet. Deposit: $600* per person due prior to arrival in order to secure room. *$150 of deposit is non-refundable to cover cost of a professional deep cleaning at end of lease term. Additional charges may be incurred for damages, excessive dirtiness, or early move-outs.

Rawhide Motel Room with 2 queens and 1 bath

The Rawhide Motel is located in downtown Jackson, WY near public transportation,

restaurants, movie theaters and much more. Most rooms (shared with 1 other person) have 2

queen-size beds, a mini-fridge and a microwave. There are also a limited number of private

rooms with a single queen-size bed that are ideal for couples.

Rent: $575* per month per person (shared room); Rates vary for private rooms. *Includes furnishings electric, water, Wi-Fi, basic cable, recycling, and trash removal.

Deposit: $600* per person due prior to arrival in order to secure room; Deposits vary for private rooms. *$125 of deposit is non-refundable to cover cost of a professional deep cleaning at end of lease term. Additional charges may be incurred for damages, excessive dirtiness, or early move-outs.
