Welcome to the 48th year of the Menlo Charity Horse Show benefiting Vista Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Thank you for your generosity! Your tremendous support has made this year’s show possible. We are looking forward to seeing you Tuesday, August 7th through Sunday, August 12th.

IMPORTANT SPONSOR INFORMATION RELATING TO THIS YEAR’S SHOW:

Parking: Please park at Sacred Heart School (150 Valparaiso Avenue, Atherton, off Elena Road) or on the street. There will be shuttles to take you and your guests to and from Sacred Heart School and along Elena Road to the show grounds. There will also be signs to follow to get to the show and shuttle stops. There is no parking on the show grounds except for parking for persons with disabilities. Disability-accessible parking is located through the Park Lane Gate. Parking at Sacred Heart School and along Elena Road is free. Entrance: There are two entrances to the show grounds - Elena and Park Lane Gates. Officials at both entrance gates will have a checklist of all Sponsors for entrance into the show. Please tell your guests to provide your sponsor name for free entrance admission. There will be attendants who will be able to direct you and your guests to the Menlo Charity Horse Show Sponsor Tent and Terrace once on the show grounds. Pins: Your enameled colored pins will be waiting for you in the Sponsor Tent with one of our hospitality volunteers. If you are a Sponsor barn, your pins will be in the horse show office with rider entry numbers until Tuesday morning. It is very important for you and your riders to wear the pins in the Sponsor Tent and Terrace areas. Event Wrist Bands: For security purposes, wrist bands will be required for the Sponsor Tent and Terrace during the USHJA International Hunter Derby, Rhys Vineyards Ryman Memorial Speed Jumper Class and the Stephen Silver $40,000 Grand Prix. These events take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings respectively. Please make sure you and your guests pick up their wrist bands for each of these events at the hospitality area at the Sponsor Tent. Please note that this requirement will be strictly enforced. Sponsor Tent: Your table in the reserved Sponsor area of the Tent or Terrace will be marked with your sponsorship name. A hospitality volunteer will be available daily in the Sponsor Tent area to assist you with any questions and or event information. Wi-Fi access is available under the Sponsor Tent for your convenience. Please note there are no dogs allowed under the tent by order of the Public Health Department. Tickets for Breakfast will be required this year in the Sponsor Tent. All Sponsor barns may pick up their breakfast tickets along with their Sponsor pins and entry numbers in the horse show office until Tuesday morning. All other Sponsors may pick up their breakfast tickets in the Sponsor Tent at the main hospitality table. Lunch Tickets are available in the Sponsor Tent at the main hospitality table. Complimentary Sponsor lunches each day are for the buffet in the Sponsor tent ONLY. The lunch buffet that is located inside the Menlo Circus Club IS NOT complimentary for Diamond, Platinum and Gold Sponsorships. Charging at the Menlo Circus Club: You may be assigned a number for charging purposes. Please contact your liaison if you would like to establish an account. Charging privileges at the Menlo Circus Club include the buffet lunch in the Club House, Sideshow snack bar and merchandise at the Menlo Logo Shop (no other vendors). The signing sheets are called “chits”. If you wish to use a chit number, please make sure that you and your guests write your Sponsor chit number along with your Company/Sponsor name and the name of the person charging on the chit sheet to ensure proper billing. You will be sent an invoice after the show. Please be sure to have your credit card on file with the Menlo Circus Club office prior to using your chit number.

Horse Show Programs: Programs will be available for you and your guests in the Sponsor Tent and on the Sponsor Terrace. Schedule of Events: We hope you and your guests will be able to attend as many of the events and activities as possible! A detailed list highlighting events, locations and times is outlined on the following pages.

Seating: Tables under the Sponsor Tent or Terrace seat (8) eight people. Please start thinking about how you will be filling your table each day. By this, we mean how many people you expect for breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Sunday and evening events Wednesday through Saturday. Awards: If you or your guests would like to give out awards when you attend the show, just let us know. The Awards volunteers under the Sponsor Tent will be happy to assist you. Jumps: If there is a special day that you would like your jump displayed, let us know prior to the horse show and we will do our best to accommodate this request. (Jumps are arranged at the Course Designer’s discretion.)
