IMT. 0. TRANSFER OF INTEREST

It is hereby understood and agreed that ……………… (hereinafter referred to as the &essors are the +wners of the vehicle insuredand that the vehicle insured is the sub#ect of a &ease Agreement made between the &essor on the one part and the insured on theother part and it is further understood and agreed that the &essors are interested in any monies which but for this ndorsementwould be payable to the insured under this policy in respect of such loss or damage to the vehicle insured as annot e 8a egoo / repair an 2 or rep!a e8ent of parts and such monies shall be paid to the &essors as long as they are the +wnersof the vehicle insured and their receipt shall be a full and final discharge to the insurer in respect of such loss or damage. (b In addition to any amount which the insured may be re4uired to bear under para (a above0 the insured shall also bear BF of

the assessed loss in respect of each and every claim under this ndorsement.
